PROJECT MANAGER & MARKETING Coordinator

The day in the life of a Project Manager is exciting and thrilling! No day is like the next and creativity has no limits! Our Project Managers are master graphic designers, productions wizards and relationship builders! Simply Personal designs for 1000’s of brides across the country from different cultures and backgrounds. Our Partners need guidance, education and training tools to maximize their partnership and investment with Simply Personal. The Marketing and Training Coordinator will train new and current partners and make sure Simply Personal partners are equipped with tools they need to be successful with Simply Personal while promoting our vast capabilities.

  • Responsible for partner knowledge on how to place orders and ensuring they are placing orders
  • Personal Concierge to partners (Customer Care) & weekly communication with partners
  • Train new accounts
  • Design 6 month communication schedule (auto email campaign)
  • Create quotes
  • Help dealers brainstorm and present options on how to produce a project within their budget
  • Develop training videos and manage dealer resource site
  • Manage social media
  • Implement Marketing Strategies to increase sales
  • Create and Send monthly eBlasts to current partners
  • Manage Design of the Month Program
  • Design and produce assigned orders
  • Upload photos to site
  • Trade shows
  • Assist CEO with projects, retail follow up as needed
  • Keep consult and work room clean and organized

SKILLS and PERSONALITY:

    Able to juggle multiple projects at a given time

  • Knowledge in print and paper industry, difference in print types: flat printing, thermography, letterpress and foil stamping

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT and SALES MANAGER

Simply Personal has the #1 wholesale program for wedding and event planners nationwide. This position is full time in building market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships. We are looking for a go-getter to help enhance our organization by selling our successful program. Must have impeccable closing skills, prospecting skills, sales planning, territory management, wedding industry market knowledge, presentation skills, high energy level, meeting sales goals and professionalism.

  • Sign up New Accounts and manage Account Changes
  • Business Development and Implement Growth Plan
  • Responsible for renewal/upgrades
  • Generate new leads and manage CRM and lead database
  • Research and locate potential prospects in our target audience
  • Oversee shipping of portfolios
  • Manage Monthly Dealer Fees
  • Write Copy for Mass Communication to potential partners/dealers (eblasts) - Work with Designers to implement
  • Manage and attend trade shows
