How do I place an order?
Create your dream items using our Design Matrix and submit to us and we will be in touch before the end of the day to discuss your printing options and set up a time to come into the studio.
I’m getting so excited about all the colors and textures; Can I have a sample?!
Sure thing! During your consulation we will have several samples to show you in various colors and printing options. Just let us know which you’d like and we’ll get them to you. Or you can order some for yourself. Give us the deets here.
Where do I sign to get this party started?
Book a consultation at Simply Personal in Dallas or with one of our suggested retailers across the country. You will then get an itemized quote to approve and sign. Your deposit is due at this time. We will collect your content and help you fine-tune the details until your sparkly, fabulous items arrive to you.
*Holiday Cards will be billed in full at time of order.
Is the online preview a “what you see is what you get” picture of my items?
Not necessarily. We will send proofs until our fingers are raw and you’re ecstatic about the product (at no charge - yippee!). Tell us to tweak any and every detail until it’s exactly how you envisioned. The robots running the online preview section don’t always nail it, but as long as the content entered in that section is accurate, our superhuman designers will prevail!
How does my order move from design to production?
You will receive a final PDF proof of each item through your partner. We suggest you have several people give it a once-over to make sure there’s no typos or design issues. Once you sign the approval, we will print and produce exactly as it appears. Any changes once we receive final approval will require a separate order.
Should I check my mailbox every day or what?
Calm down Charlie Brown! We’re as excited as you are to get your items in your hot little hands. It all comes down to your printing method and how fast our team can sign, seal, and deliver it all. Custom orders tend to take longer than our standard turnaround times since there are more things to bling. Our standard production times are as follows:
Flat Printing: 5 - 7 business days
Thermography: 10 - 14 business days
Luxury Printing (Letterpress, Foil Stamping): 20 - 28 business days
- Custom Design/Printing: 21+ business days
I accidently waited too long, so how can I get my order lickety split?
Just let your partner know and they will contact us for availability on rush orders. We can normally accommodate rush orders, but it all depends on our current design/production schedule and your order. We want your day to be spectacular, so we’ll do our very best to get it all to you in time.
I’ve picked the perfect shade of purple, so how does color matching work?Colors vary from one monitor to the next, so look through our ink swatches at your partner’s studio. We follow the Pantone Matching System (PMS) guide, so if you’re interested in a custom color that you don’t see in our swatch book, we’ll put it on your tab for $40 per color.
