FAQ'S & EXPECTATIONS

Your DEALER will guide you through each step. There is a invitation suite/printing method for every budget. If you have a budget, share it with your dealer so that they can help present your best options.

SAMPLES: Your dealer has many samples to show you in all of our printing options. These samples are to remain with the dealer. If you would like to order a sample prior to ordering generic samples are $3.00 per item plus shipping if you desire a sample in specific colors the cost is $15 set up and $5 per each item plus shipping and will be in generic wording. This is not available for seating chart or any Simply Personal Plus items. 

QUOTE: Your dealer will give you an itemized quote to approve and sign. Deposit is due to dealer at this time. After you approve your quote you may increase your quantities before production but cannot decrease the number of items in your order. 

CONTENT: Your dealer will collect your content and help fine tune your details.

ONLINE PREVIEW: Your dealer will show you the online preview of your invitation set. Please make sure all of your content is accurate before your order is submitted to Simply Personal to avoid extra charges.

See below for what to expect after your order is submitted:

PROOFING: You will receive a final proof for each item through your DEALER. We suggest you have several people review your proofs prior to sending your dealer final approval. Include any changes on your proofs. What you approve will be printed. Any changes after we receive approval will require a separate order. No exceptions. 

PRODUCTION begins the day your proofs are received by Simply Personal.

TURN AROUND TIMES vary by amount of custom design involved and upgrades, (i.e. custom maps and /or custom papers, personalized escort cards, pocket folders, backing assembly). For standard orders you can expect these turn around times once your order is approved. The following times do not include actual shipping time.

  • Premium Press (Flat Printing): 5-10 business days
  • Thermography: 10-14 business days
  • Letterpress: 14-21 business days

RUSH ORDERS:  Call for availability

  • “CUT- IN-LINE” Rush Order: Moving order to front of production: Add $150
  • “IN-A-FLASH” Rush Order: Order shipped within 3 Business Days: Add $200 (only available for Premium Press), standard shipping applies.
  • “ON-THE-SPOT” Rush Order: If approval is received by 10:00 am CST order will be shipped out that day. Add $300 (only available for Premium Press), standard shipping applies, *additional shipping fees for overnight shipping     

ENVELOPE ADDRESSING & PERSONALIZATION: All data items that require personalization will be shipped separately.   

COLOR MATCHING/EXPECTATIONS: Colors vary from one monitor to the next. What you see might not be the exact color that we use in printing. We follow the PMS pantone guide.  Use the color kits to ensure the color you see on your screen is exactly the color you want. The paper also affects the pigment of the actual ink. Color might shift slightly from the color you see in your color kit. Color posters in dealer studios are for marketing only, use the color swatch book to select colors.

Have another color in mind? Cost for a custom PMS color is $40 per order.
