Q: What do I do if I printed the wrong color?
We are happy to reprint but you will be charged twice because it will be considered a 2nd order. Purchasing a color kit will ensure you get what you want.
Q: What is Laser Addressing?
Laser Addressing is an elegant, fast and affordable alternative to traditional calligraphy. We use the same font you select for your invitations and print your guests names and addresses in appoximately 48 hours. Please click here for more details.
Q: I want you to do my laser addressing but my guest list is not ready!
No worries, go ahead and place your invitation order and we will hold it until you have your list ready. Addressing only take 48-72 hours depending on your guest count. When you are ready, log in and upload your guest list here.
Q: Can I make changes to my order once I submit it?
Orders are processed very quickly so we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to intercept or change any order once it has reached our company. If you make a note in the comment box we will make those changes for you. Please make sure your order is correct and final before you submit it. This will help avoid the process and cost of reprinting.
Q: How can I check the status of my order?

Q: How do I enter promotion codes to get special offers or discounts?
At checkout, you will be prompted to enter your promotion code.
Q: Why can’t I see a preview of my map?
This is the only part that we custom design for you. After you submit your order with the addresses of each location you will receive an order confirmation with an estimated time to receive your map proof. This generally takes no more than 5 days. Once we receive your approval you will receive an updated order confirmation for your entire order along with estimated delivery date.
Q: Can you ship overseas?
